experiments in tea #1: sencha (yumchaa)

For the first loose leaf, I cold brewed some sencha. I used 10g to about 750ml of water, which was... too much water, and the flavour was quite diluted. It looked like this in the cold brew bottle and then decanted into a jug, because I didn't start taking photos of it in my nice round glass until the next time.
